These Terms and Conditions govern requests for and bookings of the services offered through caminotravelcenter.com (the “Website”).

The Website allows travellers to request or book travel packages and services, such as Camino de Santiago routes. Depending on the service, these may include accommodation, travel documentation and optional services such as luggage transfers, passenger transfers or insurance.
Each service page and booking interface will clearly identify which of the following methods applies before you submit a request or payment details:
Only the method expressly indicated for the relevant service applies. If no booking method is clearly identified, the service will be treated as a Request and no payment will be taken through the Website.
Where a service constitutes a package travel arrangement under applicable law, the required standard information and the specific pre-contractual information for that trip will be provided before the traveller becomes bound.
Where a service is marked “Request”, submitting the form only asks Camino Travel Center to review the requested dates, number of travellers, itinerary and optional services.
You may accept the Booking Proposal using the method stated in it and make any required deposit or payment. The contract is formed and the booking becomes confirmed only after you accept the Booking Proposal, we receive any required deposit or payment and we send you a written document expressly identified as a Booking Confirmation.
Until the Booking Confirmation is issued, availability is not guaranteed. The price stated in the Booking Proposal will remain valid during its stated validity period. Any change required before confirmation will be communicated clearly and will only apply if you expressly accept it. If a payment has been made in response to a Booking Proposal and the booking cannot be confirmed, the full amount paid will be returned without undue delay.
Where a service is expressly marked “Online checkout”, you can submit an online booking order and pay or authorise payment through the Website.
The contract is formed and the booking becomes confirmed when payment or the required payment authorisation has been successfully processed, final availability has been verified and Camino Travel Center has issued the Booking Confirmation by email or another durable medium. The expected confirmation period will be shown before payment.
If the selected service cannot be confirmed, we will inform you without undue delay and either release the payment authorisation or refund the full amount paid to the original payment method without undue delay. We may offer an alternative, but it will only be booked after your express acceptance. This does not limit any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
The services included and not included are those stated in the applicable service description, Booking Proposal and Booking Confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, additional personal expenses, unspecified transfers and any other service not identified as included are excluded. A local charge payable directly to a supplier will only be excluded from the Website price where its existence and, where reasonably calculable, its amount have been clearly disclosed before you become bound.
Request acknowledgements, Booking Proposals, Booking Confirmations and travel documentation, including the itinerary, booking details and practical information, will be sent by email or another durable medium where applicable. The applicable booking conditions will be provided in a form that you can store and reproduce. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and reviewing the communications you receive.
Requests to change dates, participants or services are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Some changes may require a new booking.
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of package. Please see Changes, Cancellations and Refunds for details.
The cancellation conditions presented before booking form part of the contract and will be reproduced in the Booking Confirmation. Mandatory statutory rights prevail over any conflicting cancellation term.
The agency coordinates the booked services in accordance with the information contained in the request, Booking Proposal and/or Booking Confirmation, as applicable. You agree to:
Where the booking constitutes a package travel arrangement, the organiser and, where applicable, the retailer remain responsible for the proper performance of the travel services and for providing assistance as required by mandatory law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts with jurisdiction under the applicable consumer and user protection legislation.
